If you’re pregnant with multiples, your belly will have grown significantly by 28 weeks. If you’re expecting one baby, your belly will definitely be large enough from 33 weeks onward. As long as you feel good, you can still visit us. We regularly receive visits from women who are 39 or even 40 weeks pregnant. If you’d prefer to come earlier, that’s certainly possible too. Check the calendar for last-minute appointments.
Our sculptures are made from various materials. We have completely matte finishes like plaster and lime. Different versions in bronze and copper. We also create cast bronze sculptures.
The standard dimensions are 15 cm, 17.5 cm and 20 cm. 17.5 cm is the most popular choice. Specific requests can naturally be discussed.
You’ll receive the scan for free on a USB stick. We will never use your scan without permission.
It’s possible to have multiple sculptures made. Ask about the options during your appointment.
The costs depend on the choice of material, height, and pose of the statue. The costs vary between €239 and €1,059. View all options on the statue page and see the costs per statue directly. During the scan appointment, we will go through all your wishes to create your perfect work of art together.
All our artworks are carefully packed and shipped free of charge by registered and insured mail within the Netherlands.
At De 3D Bar, it is also possible to order a gift voucher from €25.00. There are various options for your personal gift voucher. Simply request a gift voucher online.
We are always open to new things! Please let us know your wishes in advance so that you will not be disappointed. Sometimes extra costs may be charged for special requests (€129.95). Attention! When scanning babies, we use a maximum age of 6 weeks. We also do not scan 2 adults at the same time.
No. Scanning the body is not harmful to you or the baby.
Nothing is mandatory, of course; it will be your work of art. In many cases, it is more beautiful to do it naked. If you prefer underwear, wear a skin-colored thong without seams and without shimmer that fits loosely. Tight underwear makes your beautiful curves less visible. Would you like to wear a jacket during the scanning? Please bring it yourself. A jacket that is close to your own skin color, has little to no structure, and does not shine. For an artwork with a jacket, an additional €70.00 will be charged.
This depends on the chosen material. The delivery time is a maximum of 16 weeks.
We take an hour and a half for you, but usually an appointment takes about an hour. We will also have discussed all your wishes. The scanning itself only takes a few minutes.

Location Amsterdam: De 3D Bar Amsterdam is located at Willem de Zwijgerlaan 331, near exit 4 of the A10 Amsterdam. So you don’t have to go into the city. Parking garage Tetterode (Willem de Zwijgerlaan 336) is 350 meters away, where you can park for €3 per hour. It is also possible to park in front of the door; these costs are €5.
Are you coming by public transport? Bus station Charlotte de Bourbonstraat is opposite our location. From Amsterdam Central Station, it is best to travel to bus stop Solebaystraat. From Amsterdam Sloterdijk, bus stop Bos en Lommerweg is your exit point.
Location Deventer: De 3D Bar Deventer / Studio Mamsie is located at Keizerstraat 13 in Deventer. A 6-minute walk from Deventer station. A 1-minute walk from Centrum garage Deventer. (€2.00 per hour)
Location Buren: De 3D Bar Buren / Mera-Art is located at Randweg 20 4116GH Buren. And you can park for free in front of the door.
Rotterdam Location: The 3D Bar Rotterdam is located at Sint Agathastraat 54, 3037 SH in Rotterdam. You can park on the street in zone 760 (€2.24 per hour) or in the Benthuizerstraat parking garage, which is a 6-minute walk away (€16 day pass). The studio is on the ground floor of the multi-tenant building ‘De Wasserij’. After entering, turn right immediately and follow the route to The 3D Bar on your left.
Westwoud Location: De 3D Bar Westwoud / Pretecho Kleinekijk is located at Dres 2a, 1617 JX in Westwoud. The practice is centrally located between Hoorn and Enkhuizen and is easily accessible by both car and public transport. You can park for free in front of the door, in the neighborhood, or in the adjacent parking lot of Dorpshuis De Schalm.
Coming by public transport? From Hoorn station, you can take bus 415 towards Westwoud. The bus stop is a short walk from the practice. Upon arrival, you can take a seat in the waiting area; you will be personally picked up for your appointment.
No, of course not! Every body is unique, and if you want to immortalize your body in a 3D artwork, you can do that even if you are not expecting. If you want to immortalize your body, for example, before breast surgery, you can always do that! We also make artworks of a parent with a baby. The baby should not be older than 6 weeks. Statues with two adults are unfortunately not possible.
It is not possible to make a 3D pregnancy statue from a 2D photo.
You can return your package at your own risk to Willem de Zwijgerlaan 331 1055RA Amsterdam. Please note that you share your proof of shipment and track and trace code with us.
